By providing your consent:
 

1. You grant Ripple Effects Community Inclusion Center and its designated agents permission to conduct a thorough background check. This check can include, but is not limited to:
    

   • Criminal history checks

   • Employment verifications

   • Personal and professional reference checks

   • Other relevant screenings as deemed necessary.
      

2. You understand that the information collected during this background check will solely determine your suitability as a volunteer. We handle this information with utmost confidentiality, in line with applicable laws and regulations.
    

3. You release Ripple Effects Community Inclusion Center, its agents, representatives, and third-party companies conducting these checks from any liability arising from the results of these checks.
    

4. You certify that all information you have provided during the application process is accurate and complete. Be aware that any misrepresentations or omissions can lead to disqualification from volunteering with us.
