About the event
Hosted by licensed therapist at Freedom Counseling and autism mama, Jennifer, who “gets it” and aims to connect parents who can understand each other’s experiences. She will teach strategies for stress management and ways to improve self-care. If interested, participants will have assistance connecting with an individual therapist for support outside of the group.
